Enhanced high temperature long-term stability of polymer solar cells |
초록 |
The short lifetime of polymer based solar cells is an obstacle to their commercialization. Since solar cells are operated at elevated temperature, a new method of improving their stability under operation conditions is necessary. The operational lifetime of polymer based solar cells at elevated temperature can be much improved by introducing a TiOx interlayer prepared from a newly designed polymeric precursor, due to undergoing a relatively small morphological change during operation at high temperature, thus still playing a protective role against air and humidity and preserving the device performance over a long lifetime without any interfacial destruction between Al and the active layer. |
