제목 Mass-production of electrospinning for highly functionalized nanofiber platform
초록 The polymeric nanofiber has been attained much attention because of its high surface area with various functional groups. To obtain the polymeric nanofiber, electrospinning can be the most attractive method because it can provide the versatility of material selection. However, it is relatively difficult to obtain highly functionalized nanofiber in rapid production rate using the electrospinning because the materials having many functional group cannot be easily dissolved, and the production rate of electrospinning is much low. Here, we introduce the syringeless electrospinning system and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) to prepare highly functionalized nanofiber with high production rate. The HPRC system makes it possible to produce the Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nanofiber webs in high production rate, and then these nanofiber web can be treated with ethylenediamine (EDA) using CVD. the EDA treated PAN nanofiber can be used to diverse potential application fields.
