제목 The amine-lipid based lipomers for mRNA delivery into MEF cells  
초록 Delivery of messenger RNAs (mRNAs) has drawn much attention since it show great advantages over conventional plasmid DNA (pDNA) delivery. We have developed new amine-lipid based lipomers for efficient delivery of mRNA to mouse embryonic fibroblast (MEF) cells. Resulting lipomers show facile self-assembly with negatively charged mRNA through electrostatic interaction. A library of eight different amine-lipid based lipomers has been screened by in vitro gene transfection. As a result, amine-epoxydodecane (102-C10) show excellent delivery of mRNA and thereby express high Green Fluorescence Protein (GFP) expression in MEF cells. In addition, the viability of tansfected cells is well maintained using a 102-C10 lipomer. These results indicate that amine-lipid based lipomers have significant potential as a promising mRNA delivery carriers.
