제목 Manufacture of multi-layer proton conducting membrane using an anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) template
초록 In the first step of the assembly process, an AAO template was modified by mercaptor propyltrimetoxysilane (MPTMS) and H2O2 for an anionic site composition and then the modified AAO –SO3 was used for a membrane substrate. Polybase and polyacid were coated in the pore-filled AAO –SO3 substrate alternately using spin-coater. These two kinds of polymers were strongly combined by acid-base proton transfer reaction. Poly(vinylimidazole) (PVIm) was used as polybase and poly(2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid) (PAMPSA) as polyacid. The proton conductivity and methanol permeability of the multilayer membrane were investigated and discussed
