제목 Preparation and Properties of LLDPE Composites Containing Various Inorganic Fillers
초록 Nanocomposites of LLDPE(linear low density polyethylene) were prepared from inorganic nano particles, Na+-Monmorillonite(MMT), silica, CaCO3, and their properties were investigated. It was shown that numbers of mixing are important factor deciding the dispersity of nano particles in polymer matrix. Initial degradation temperature of nanocomposites were more than 450℃. And also, It was found that the tensile strength increased with increasing the filler contents while the MMT nanocomposite exhibited the lowest increase and the CaCO3 nanocomposite the highest. The elongation at break for silica/LLDPE were the highest among the nanocomposites used in this study.
