Holographic pattering of fluorescent polymer films based on the multi-beam interference |
초록 |
Fluorescent photopolymers were prepared from the mixture of acrylate monomer, binder, a visible light sensitive photo initiator, and fluorophores. Highly fluorescent patterns having submicron line periods were inscribed within the photopolymer composite under an interference-generated generated from the a holographic system equipped with a 514 nm laser. The fluorescence intensity of the patterned area was enhanced compared to the unpatterned (unexposed) area. The fabrication of step-wise one-dimensional (1D)and 2D patterns and extension into fabricating 3D structures at the micrometer scales was possible by this holographic method. The materials and effect of patterns on the fluorescence enhancement of the film will be presented. |
