제목 Correlation between charge transfer state and mobility in low donor concentration inverted organic solar cells
초록 We demonstrate necessity of using low donor concentration and introducing inverted structure in low donor concentration organic solar cells (OSCs) for highly efficient and stable small molecular OSCs. Through the analysis of charge transfer state and charge mobility of low donor concentration OSCs, we verified that the 10 % low concentration of TAPC leads to optimized internal quantum efficiency, resulting in highest power conversion efficiency, 6.35 %, of TAPC:C70 OSCs. Furthermore, high air stability was achieved in inverted structure after a few days overcoming the shortcomings of low donor concentration OSCs having much volume of C70.
