제목 | Low-temperature steam methane reforming over 3D hierarchical porous Al2O3-supported nickel catalyst |
초록 | In this study, the bimodal porous γ-alumina supports which have different PS/Al ratio of 0, 0.5, 0.75 and 0.1, respectively were prepared by EISA method. At the PS/Al mass ratio of 0.5, it was confirmed that the macropores were most uniformly formed with maintaining a high surface area. The SMR was performed under the conditions of GHSV 9,000 h-1, S/C ratio 3.0, and reaction temperature 650 °C. At the PS/Al mass ratio of 0.5, the Ni/MMS catalyst showed the highest methane conversion and hydrogen selectivity. The MMS rendered better dispersion of Ni nanoparticles (NPs) as active sites than the MS due to the well-order 3D bimodal structure. The Ni/MMS catalyst with outperforming efficiency had the ability to enhance mass transfer of reactant gas due to the well-organized hierarchical porous structure.
