Electro-responsive behaviors of few-layer MoS2 |
초록 |
Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has been received significant attention for its unique features. Still, it lacks understanding of the electro-responsive behaviors of few-layer MoS2 nanosheets. Electrorheological (ER) fluids based on MoS2 nanosheets are fabricated by grinding and sonication method which is a facile approach to produce few-layer MoS2 with high yield. Structural and electro-responsive properties are investigated depending on different annealing temperature. Spectroscopic analyses delineate the structural and electronic characteristics of few-layer configuration. Importantly, it is noticeable that the prepared MoS2 exhibits different ER properties after annealing at different temperature. This research scrutinizes the possibility of few-layer MoS2 nanosheets for ER applications |
