The formation of hard coating layer from methyl methacrylate and silane-terminated colloidal silica |
초록 |
Organic/inorganic hybrid materials are increasingly important due to their extraordinary properties such as hardness, anti-reflection, anti-static, etc. Most of surface modified colloidal silica was synthesized from sol-gel process. In this study, the silane-terminated colloidal silica was synthesized from colloidal silica and silanes including functional group for surface treatment. The surface modified colloidal silica was polymerized with methyl methacrylate and then the network of organic/inorganic was formed. The property of hybrid materials was controlled by the use of silanes, react time, pH. |
