제목 | Flexible piezoelectric nanogenerator using p-type conjugated polymer |
초록 | Piezoelectric nanogenerator is one of the promising ways to harvest energy and create self-powered systems from environmental unused energy such as body motion, sounds, waves, pressure and etc. ZnO which has piezoelectric and semiconducting properties is a good candidate for a piezoelectric material, but has low output voltage with mechanical energy due to free electrons. In this study, a conjugated polymer consisting of benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b`]dithiophene and bithiophene derivative was used for a p-type semiconductor to capture free electrons from ZnO. PVDF and ZnO were used for piezoelectric materials in the flexible piezoelectric nanogenerator. The conjugated polymer was characterized by 1H-NMR, GPC, cyclic voltammogram and etc. The nanogenerator was measured by a home-made bending tester. |
