Organo-metal halide-type hybrid perovskites have attracted tremendous attention as a breakthrough light harvester due to their exceptional optoelectronic properties such as broad-band absorption, high absorption coefficient and low exciton binding energy. These merits allowed the rapid and significant progress in achieving over 25% power conversion efficiency (PCE) of perovskite solar cells (PeSCs). However, fabrication of most of the high-efficiency PeSCs still depend on the spin-coating process for perovskite film preparation, which limits practical use and commercialization. In this presentation, low-cost blade-coating process for the fabrication of the perovskite films with high coverage will be introduced. In addition, the effect of polar chemical species on the stability of the perovskite films during coating in ambient condition will be presented. |
