제목 High sensitive and selective stress biomarker monitoring using field-effect transistor based on conducting polymer
초록 The recent, depression patients are increasing by activity limitation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Cortisol is known to be the major biomarker of depression, depression degree can predict through the monitoring of cortisol. Thus, the rapid and sensitive detection method of cortisol is required. In this study, the FET platform was constructed by polypyrrole nanotube and cortisol-specific antibody, that was evaluated by the cortisol injection of various concentrations. The sensor performance showed the limit of detection of 2.7 pM,  and was rapidly observed under 5 sec. In addition, among the similar structures (biomarkers of steroid family) selectively detected cortisol. Those results, the sensor platform for cortisol detection can be utilized for diagnosis of stress and depression degree monitoring.
