The effect of carbonization temperature on thermal and electrical conductivity of carbon foams synthesized from three carbon precursor resins using polymer sponge replication method |
초록 |
Carbon foams with the high thermal and electric conductivity were successfully prepared by polymer sponge replication method. Polyurethane(PU) foams were chosen as a template. PU foams were immersed into three carbon precusor resins, and the carbon foams were synthesized by elaborately controlling their pyrolysis temperature. The resultant carbon foams had large number of open macro pores. Their thermal and electrical conductivity increase when carbonization temperature improves. Therefore, the electric and thermal conductivity can be adjusted by controlling carbonization temperature. |
