Development of Coating material on titanium surface by using Phosphonated Alginate Derivatives |
초록 |
Alginate derivatives were prepared to improve osseointegration and function about titanium surface. Phosphonated alginate was synthesized with 3-aminopropylphosphonic acid(P-alginate). The phosphonate group of P-Alginate can add ability to coating alginate on titanium surface and it was identified by 31P NMR and FT-IR. There was a specific peak derived from phosphonate group at about 24 ppm form external standard. X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) and water contact angle were carried out for characterization of titanium surface treated with P-alginate. To confirmed toxicity, cytotoxicity test was performed. Cell-adhesion test was demonstrated to improve cell adhesion on titanium surface. |
