Substituting the Pt Counter Electrodes of DSSCs using Carbon Black and 3D Network Epoxy Polymer Composites |
초록 |
The conventional DSSCs structure using Pt and FTO as the counter electrodes has bad stability due to the corrosion of Pt by the electrolyte. We introduced Carbon black (CB) and a 3D network epoxy polymer composite, to fabricate dual layer counter electrode: conductive corrosion protective layer (CCPL) and catalytic layer (CL). The high catalytic ability and chemical stability of were assumed to play good roles in both layers. The CB and a 3D network epoxy polymer composite were coated on the stainless steel electrode. We concluded the CB and 3D network epoxy polymer composites coated on the stainless steel can replace the FTO with Pt in DSSCs. |
