Synthesis and Characterization of Semiconducting PolymerContaining Benzodithiophene Based Fused Aromatic Rings |
초록 |
BDT8TT was prepared by the Stille cross-coupling polymerization. The polymer was characterized GPC, 1H-NMR, TGA, DSC. The photophysical properties for the polymers were investigated by UV(ultraviolet spectrum). UV absorption peaks was found at 363, 499, 738 nm in solution and at 363, 502, 746 nm in film state, respectively. BDT8TT exhibited very narrow band gaps of 1.29 eV. Highest occupied molecular orbital energy levels estimated by surface analyzer were - 4.73 eV for BDT8TT. The polymer was evaluated with mobility of OTFT were estimated to be for 10-4 for BDT8TT. |
