제목 | Sustainable approaches for synthesis of value added platform chemicals from CO2 and biomass |
초록 | There have been growing interests regarding utilization of carbon dioxide (CO2) and biomass to produce value-added platform chemicals in terms of carbon foot printing. Indeed, both CO2 and biomass is the important resources whic can be recyclable enternaly in this planet. Therefore, development of new pathway to convert them using a new catalyst is very important as well as challenging. Herein we present three categories of converting technologies using 1) CO2, 2) biomass, and 3) CO2 and biomass as substrates to produce vale-added platform chemicals in the presence of a new catalytic system via eco-friendly protocols. The final products includes carbamates, disubstituted urea, DMC, and various furanic compounds depending on the catalyst used. In addition to various examples of their catalytic performance, active species responsible for their high activities will be discussed. |
