Biomedical application of graphene have recently attracted intensive attention, with graphene-based nanomaterials being reported as promising candidates in, for example, drug delivery, biosensing and bioimaging. In this study poly (D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) nanocomposites with graphene oxide (GO) prepared by simple melt mixing method. There are 5 types of PLGA/GO nanocomposites with different amount of GO (0phr, 0.5phr, 1phr, 2phr, 5phr). In this study PLGA/GO nanocomposites were hydrolyzed at 37℃ for periods up to 49 days. Weight losses of films, pH changes of the buffer solutions, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and some other tests were employed to monitor the degradability of composites. And other mechanical properties were also investigated by TG analysis, universal testing machine and so on. |
