제목 Reaction between methane and carbon dioxide in dielectric barrier discharge plasma system for syngas
초록 Two major purposes of the conversion of methane and carbon dioxide were direct reduction of greenhouse gases to overcome the global warming phenomena and used resource carbon dioxide natural raw material. As an effective approach, methane and carbon dioxide were conversion to syngas by dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma system technology. In which DBD plasma are characterized by the presence of one or more insulating layers in the current path between the metal electrodes. In this study, conversion processes of CH4 and CO2 to syngas were performed in a DBD reactor at atmospheric pressure with various process parameters. The electrical and physical properties of DBD composed of multilayered structure were analyzed for seeking the best process condition in the reaction between CO2 and CH4 under DBD conditions.
