Characterizaton of Calcium Phosphate-coated sephadex powders |
| 초록 |
We prepared calcium phosphate films on Sephadex for the application as a drug delivery carrier. The calcium phosphate film is made of mixture of Ca2+ and PO43- for the coating on the surface of the sephadex beads. We ovserved the variation of the surface morphology dependent on the synthesis time using SEM. Physical and chemical properties of Sephadex powders were measured by FT-IR. The IR observation confirmed the successful formation of calcium phosphate films. We examined the adsorptive BSA on the calcium phosphate films. The adsortion on the coated and non-coated Sephadex appeared to be different. |
