A study of electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of carbon fiber papers impregnated with various carbon fillers |

To develop high-quality electromagnetic interference shielding efficiency (EMI SE) materials, we prepared carbon fiber papers (CFPs) impregnated with various carbon fillers. The CFPs were fabricated with various contents of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs), Ketjenblacks and graphene oxides (GO). The electric conductivity of the prepared CFPs was investigated by four-probe point method. The morphology of CFPs was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of the prepared CFPs are measured as a function of the carbon conductive filler contents by a EMI shielding analyzer. The EMI-SE of CFPs impregnated with carbon fillers was enhanced compared to that of as-received CFPs. |
