Urushiol, the main component of lacquer, is known for its excellent antibacterial property. In this study, a brown-clear urushiol solution was obtained by removing the solid phase of the lacquer through the urushiol extraction process. And a thermosetting coating layer with a smooth surface was prepared by mixing additive. As A result of measuring the antibacterial property against Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa after applying the prepared coating agent to the nonwoven fabric, both bacteria showed excellent antibacterial properties, killing all bacteria within 2 hours. The coating agent in this study can be applied to various fields as it can be coated on all materials surfaces such as textile, wood, metal and plastic etc. |
