Effect of biodegradable anti-adhesion membranes in electron-irradiated SF/PLGA blend films |
초록 |
Adhesion is a physiologically important part of wound healing, but undesirable adhesions after surgical treatment often induce serious complications, including patient's pain, and difficult reoperative surgery. Silk fibroin(SF) is widely used for tissue engineering scaffold because of their biocompatibility, biodegradability and non-toxicity. We have been used solvent casting method. Conformational change of SF was induced by water vapor treatment from random coil to ß-sheet structures determined by FTIR. After electron iraadiation, the surface property of SF films was changed to hydrophilic surface determined by water contact angle measurement. Fibroblasts' viability on treated and untreated SF blend films was determined by MTT assay. From in vivo animal test, it was ovserved that SF blend films were significantly effective in preventing post-operative adhesion and wound healing. SF blend films can be used as anti-adhesion membranes. |
