Semitransparent Large-area Organic Solar Modules |
초록 |
The fabrication of semitransparent organic solar modules (STP-OSMs) via a solution process is important for modern, decentralization and eco-friend power generation. The STP-OSMs have many potentials can be applied various field including IoT sensor, off-grid power source, building integrated photovoltaics (BIPVs). The fabrication of STP-OSCs using non-fullerene acceptors (NFAs) system is limited by the energetic stress and lower built-in potential. Furthermore, the performance and transparency show trade-off relationship, increasing the barrier to entry for industrial application. Herein, for balancing high performance and transparency, we fabricated STP-OSMs with highly conductive and transparent electrode complexes. The transparent electrode complex layers enabled optical and electronical enhancement without internal losses. |
