Viscoelastic and Dielectric Properties of High Mass Loaded Dielectric Ink for 3D Inkjet Printing Applications |
초록 |
3D printing is used widely used in commercial manufacturing which allows the reduction in the process time and cost. The dielectric materials are required in electronics and communications and together with 3D printing technology, much easier fabrication of flexible electronics will be possible. In this study, polystyrene-block-polyisoprene-block-polystyrene was used as polymer matrix due to its flexibility and barium titanate (BaTiO3) was used as dielectric filler. The surface of BaTiO3 was modified to improve the filler dispersion in the polymer matrix and ultimately, to improve the ink printability. The paste at different filler loadings and solid contents were formulated and their rheological and dielectric properties were investigated to select the most suitable ink paste. |
