Ink-jet printing is a technique that allows various solutions to be patterned on a substrate. Also, since there is no difficult process, anyone can operate it easily and quickly, and it can be applied directly to the home or company. In this study, we use these techniques to form conductive patterns on multiple substrates. The silver precursor (SPS) and the reducing agent were put into the liquid state in the solvent, and the surfactant was injected for a more smooth jet. By adding a surfactant, the surface tension of the solution was lowered and the amount of solution printed increased. Prior to printing, the SPS and the reducing agent, which are present in solution, are stored in different spaces. When the ink is printed on the substrate for inkjet printing, they form a conductive pattern through an in situ chemical reaction. The resistance of the electrodes in this pattern is 2.2 Ωㆍcm. And, this electrode shows the electrode role application that can drive LEDs and simple toys. |
