제목 Electrochemical Properties of Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3 as IT-SOFC Cathode material
초록 Recently, an intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC) has attracted much attention because of the possibility of reducing the costs of materials and cell fabrication and of improving the reliability and operating lifetime. It is considered that Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3 is one of the most promising cathode materials for an intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell system. Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3 based cathode materials were prepared by Pechini method and the electrochemical cells were manufactured by a tape casting method. The catalysts before and after the reaction were characterized by XRD, N2-physisorption, SEM and TPD. It was found that Ni0.6YSZ0.4CeO2 |YSZ |Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3 cell showed promising electrical property.
