제목 Electrode-free flexible thermoelectric modules based on n-/p- type carbon nanotube (CNT) webs
초록 We demonstrated high integration, high performance, flexible TE generator based on carbon nanotube webs. The as prepared CNT web shows a superior electrical conductivity of 998.3 S/cm due to increased longitudinal carrier mobility derived from a highly aligned structure. To obtain its optimal TE property, the pristine CNT web was alternatively doped into p- and n-types with FeCl3 and BV, respectively, by using brush-casting technique, which enable large-scale and continuous preparation of flexible TE module by precisely doping localized area without expensive mask during the roll-to-roll collecting process of CNT webs. By combining promising TE materials and doping process, the flexible TEG consisting of 120 p-n couples shows the maximum power density of 17.4 μW/cm2 at temperature differences 3.3 K, which are the highest values among reported TEGs based on flexible materials.
