제목 | Thermo-sensitive sol-gel transition behavior of star-shaped PEG-PLGA-PEG aqueous solution |
초록 | Thermo-sensitive polymers as drug carriers have attracted considerable attention. Hydrophobic blocks of several amphiphilic block copolymers form hydrophobic association as temperature changes, which induces temperature sensitive phase transition. In this study, biodegradable star-shaped poly(ethylene glycol-b-D,L lactide-co-glycolide-b-ethylene glycol) synthesized. 1H NMR, 13C NMR and GPC are uesed to characterize this polymer. Using UV-Vis spectroscopy and dynamic light scattering, critical micellization concentration and micelle size were determined. And thermo-sensitive sol-gel transition behavior of the block copolymer was investigated by tube tilting method. |
