Fabrication of fiber type dye-sensitized solar cells coated with TiO2 nano particles at low temperature. |
초록 |
Recently, interest of dye-sensitized solar cell development has increased as Oil reserves has gracually devreased. Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSCs) was fabricated on PET-fiber coated with nano TiO2 paste at a low temperature of 120°C. As an electrode, two metal (Cu and Ni) thin films were deposited in PET-fiber using RF magnetron sputtering. Especially Ni thin film was used to prevent oxidation of Cu thin film which directly deposited on PET substrate. Cu wire was used as a couter electrode and N719 was used as a dye and HPE was used as an electrolyte. The photovoltaic characteristics of the DSSCs were measured using a solar simulator(CHF-XM-500W) and I-V cureve of DSSCs was measure by using the EC-lab program |
