| 초록 |
A new anthradithiophene derivatives was designed and synthesized by a Suzuki-coupling reaction. The new material showed good solubility and thermal stability. The optical and electrochemical properties were examined. A thin film of compound was fabricated by spin-coating and exhibited p-channel organic thin film transistors (OTFTs). |
