제목 Properties and Osteogenic Differentiation of BMSC on Demineralized Bone Particle Coated Silk Fibroin Scaffold
초록 Silk fibroin and demineralized bone particle (DBP) scaffolds were fabricated by EDC cross linking for seeding bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell. Cell proliferation activity was measured via MTT assay. Osteogenic differentiation had been activated better with Silk/DBP scaffolds than silk fibroin scafffolds at all time points. Morphological observation, histology, biological assay for collagen type I, osteocalcin and runx-2. SEM results showed that silk fibroin scaffolds with DBP have smaller pores than without it. This study showed that DBP helps osteogenic differentiation of BMSC on silk fibroin scaffolds.
