Pore Controlled Heteroatom-doped Carbon Catalysts Derived from Biomass for Oxygen Reduction Reaction |
초록 |
Developing catalysts for electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is crucial in various energy conversion and storage systems including metal-air batteries and fuel cells. As a substituent of scarce precious metal catalysts, carbon-based catalysts derived from biomass have been paying attention due to its abundance, low cost, and sustainability. In this study, S, N-co-doped porous carbon were prepared from bamboo and exhibit adequate micro/mesoporosity and sufficient active sites As cathode materials of zinc-air battery and anion exchange membrane fuel cells, the S, N-co-doped carbon shows extremely high maximum power density, based on excellent activity when compared to the previously reported biomass- and carbon-based catalysts. |
