The aim of this work was to determine the morphology development of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fiber webs in various electrospinning conditions. The 14wt% PAN solution was dissolved in N,N-dimethylmethanamide(DMF). The nanofiber webs were prepared by electrospinning process in various process conditions such as electrostatic force, tip to collector distance(TCD), rotating speed and feed rate. The morphology and diameter of fibers were investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM). By varying the electrospinning conditions, the morphology of PAN fiber webs was controlled in various forms. |
