Transparent and conductive CNT and ITO coatings were fabricated on PET by spray coating method. The changes in electrical and optical properties of CNT coating mainly depended on the dry condition, concentration of CNT and ITO solutions. Surface resistance of coating and optical properties of PET film with ITO, CNT coating were evaluated. Surface properties of CNT coating by wettability test via static and durability of contact angle measurement were consistent with each other. Interfacial properties were investigated by electrical resistance measurement under cyclic loading fatigue test and CV test. CNT exhibited a few change in surface resistance up to 1,000 cyclic loadings, whereas ITO exhibited the level-off due to reduced electrical contact points based on the occurred cracks.
