Synthesis and Photovoltaics Characterization of Conducting Polymers Based on Phenothiazine Derivatives Using Thiophene as a Spacer |
초록 |
The HOMO level of phenothiazine derivatives is around –5.1~-5.3eV and its open circuit voltage is around 0.71~0.79eV since it contains both electron-rich sulfur and nitrogen heteroatoms. In this study, low band-gap polymers, including phenothiazine derivatives and thiophene as a spacer, were synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction. We measured the properties of synthesized polymer by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, UV-Vis, GPC and Cyclic voltammetry. Also, a bulk heterojunction structure was fabricated for investigating photovoltaic properties. |
