제목 Enhancing the Performance of Polymer Solar cells using Viologen derivative with Multiple Hydroxyl groups as an Electron Transfer Layer
초록 Polymer solar cells (PSCs) have attracted attention because of potential properties such as felxible, lightweight, inexpensive processing, and transparency. To improve the efficiency of PSCs, there are a lot of methods including interfacial process, synthesis of new conjugated materials, have been studied by researchers. In this study, we synthesize and introduce the viologen derivative with multiple hydroxyl groups (V-OH) as an electron transfer layer between Znic oxide (ZnO) layer and the active layer. As a results, a layer of V-OH suitably modifies an energy level of ZnO owing to inducing a favorable interface dipole. Herein, we investigate the effect of multiple hydroxyl groups on photovolatic performace.
