Application of Interfacial Layer based on Small Molecular Based Electrolytes for High Efficient Polymer Solar Cells |
초록 |
In the past few years, polymer solar cells has rapidly developed by applying for new synthetic compounds. To improve the performance of polymer solar cells (PSCs), introducing interfacial layer has been extensively studied in recently. It has been reported that using synthetic compounds, C4 and C6, as an interfacial layer can enhance the device performance of PSCs in our research. These interfacial layers can enhance charge carrier transport owing to reducing work function of the cathode and contact resistance of PSCs. Herein, we investigated the photovoltaic properties of PSCs with C4 and C6 as an interfacial layer. |
