The dielectric materials are composed of a ceramic or polymer matrix, and therein conducting phases such as metallic nanoparticles or conducting polymers are dispersed, respectively. In this study, we studied polyimide nanocomposite film having polypyrrole(PPy)-polyimide(PI) core-shell nanoparticles which has advantage of good processability and flexibility. PPy nanoparticles were prepared by chemical oxidative polymerization and polyamic acid(PAA) were synthesized by PMDA-ODA. PPy@PI core-shell was prepared by interfacial precipitation method. Their structures were analyzed by FT-IR spectroscopy and the size of PPy nanoparticle measured by SEM with 50~80 nm in diameter. The mechanical properties were investigated for variation of filler/matrix composition of PPy@PI nanocomposite films with 30-50um thickness by TMA, UTM. The dielectric properties of PPy@PI nanocomposite film were studied using impedance analyzer. |
