As interest in human-friendly devices grows, interest in the development of stretchable display materials to convey information visibly to people from electronic skins is also increasing. An electroluminescence stretchable devices based on luminescent materials have been studied in various approaches. In order to compensate for the drawback of decreasing the intensity of light according to the elongation, a device having a new structure using the luminescent ceramic particles was fabricated. However, there was a limit in that the voltage at driving was very high, approximately several kV. In this study, we have developed an electroluminescence device using an oxide nanoparticle composite to reduce the voltage during operation from several kV to several hundreds of volts. In addition, an additional oxide nanoparticle composite layer was used to ensure stable operation even at high voltages. |
