제목 Novel Donor/Acceptor Materials and Aerosol Jet Printing Technology for Highly Efficient Printed Organic Photovoltaic Cells
초록 In this study, we propose low bandgap donor and high LUMO energy level acceptor materials for printed organic photovoltaics (OPVs). First, we have synthesized dithienopyrrole containing copolymers (DTPT2 and DTPBT) by using the Stille and Suzuki coupling reaction, respectively. Especially, DTPBT showed extremely low bandgap about 1.45 eV. Also, we have developed new fullerene type acceptor materials having higher LUMO level compare to that of PCBM. The OPV using the mixture of these acceptor material and conventional donor polymer (P3HT) as a photoactive layer presented high open circuit voltage over 0.8 V. Also, we have focused on the development of novel printing technology using the Aerosol Jet which can offer reliable device performance compare to other printing technology. Finally, 4.5% power conversion efficiency (PCE) can be achieved under 100 mW/cm2 AM1.5 simulated light.
