제목 The effects of the reforming reaction conditionand the recycle strategy on the efficiencies of a gas-to-liquids process producing synthetic oils
초록 A gas-to-liquids (GTL) process model for producing the synthetic oils has been developed to investigate the behavior and evaluate the efficiency of the process under the various reforming reaction conditions, especially pressure, temperature and feed composition as well as the recycle strategy. The carbon and heat efficiencies of this process are rigorously examined including the use of the vent gas mixture as fuel in the reformer, which makes the efficiencies higher. This GTL process model has been built by using Aspen Plus™ software, and it is composed of the feeding unit, the reforming unit, the FT synthesis unit, several separation units and the recycling unit.
