제목 Preparation of Nanoparticles of Polylactide-Polybutadiene-Polylactide Triblock Copolymer
초록 Triblock copolymers of polylactide-polybutadiene-polylactide (LBDL) were obtained by the ring opening polymerization of lactide using hydroxy telechelic polybutadiene (HTPBD) as a macroinitiator, which was synthesized by ring opening metathesis polymerization. The structure of LBDL was identified by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR). Copolymerization of polylactide on the HTPBD chains was also confirmed by the LBDL degradation in three stages. The triblock copolymer particles were prepared by dialysis. White colloidal solution was observed during dialysis, which is an indication of self-assembly of triblock copolymers. Morphology of the copolymer particles was examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The effect of the polymer molecular weight and the solvent system during dialysis on the particle size was also investigated.
