Recently perovskite hybrid solar cells are of great interest because their efficiency is gradually closing to the conventional crystalline Si solar cell and they can be fabricated by simple process. However, the perovskite hybrid solar cells are known to have severe current density-voltage (J-V) hysteresis with respect to the scan rate and direction so that their power conversion efficiency should be carefully measured to obtain correctly. The J-V hysteresis is reported to be originated from the dipolar orientation of ferroelectricity or the charge accumulation within the structure but the reason is still under argument. In this regard, it is important issue to reduce J-V hysteresis of perovskite hybrid solar cells with respect to the scan rate and direction. To understand the origin of J-V hysteresis of perovskite hybrid solar cells and to reduce J-V hysteresis, here, we systematically compared the J-V hysteresis of mesoscopic and planar perovskite hybrid solar cells, and proposed the origin of J-V hysteresis of perovskite hybrid solar cells. |
