제목 Porous carbon electrode prepared from coffee beans for supercapacitors
초록 Electrochemical double-layer capacitors (EDLCs) are a promising technology for delivering peak power demands in electronics, including electric vehicles. The waste coffee beans have been widely studied in the production of carbon material having high specific surface areas (SSA) and porosity. In this study, nano porous carbon as the electrode of EDLC was produced from coffee grounds by treatment with various KOH concentrations. The SSA and pore structure were calculated by B.E.T and DFT equations. The electrochemical properties of the interface on the porous carbon electrode were evaluated using cyclic voltammetry system.
