Intrinsically stretchable semiconductors for skin-inspired wearable electronics |
초록 |
Wearable electronic devices should be stretchable to meet the demands for future electronic skin applications. Despite recent notable advances in skin-inspired electronic materials, it remains challenging to confer these desired functionalities to an active semiconductor. In this talk, I will address emerging material designs and effective approaches to provide intrinsic stretchability to semiconducting polymers using dynamic bonding of semiconducting polymers and blending with elastomers. |
