제목 Fabrication and characterization of the solid-state ink based on copper precursor-alkylamine complexes stabilized by paraffin wax for the copper conductive layer
초록 In this study, we report a distinct way to fabricate a solid-state ink based on copper precursor-alkylamine complexes stabilized by paraffin wax. Compared with a liquid-state ink which showed phase separation, it was found that a solid-state ink has a great ability of maintenance by investigating infrared spectroscopy (IR). Before sintering solid-state inks, thermal degradation and melting point of paraffin wax stabilizing solid-state ink measured by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to determine the experimental conditions. The copper conductive layer was formed by thermally sintering solid-state inks with different temperature and time and its electrical properties were measured with 4 point probe and IVL measurement system. Lastly, the copper conductive layer was fabricated on flexible polymer substrates and availability as a flexible electrode was verified through the cyclic bending test.
