Preparation and thermal conductivity of SiC/CNT nanocomposites(Ⅱ) |
초록 |
Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have been investigated for the past decade, and these materials are currently the subject of particular interest due to their exceptional optical, mechanical, electrical and thermal properties. In this work, SiC coating on the CNT (SiC/CNT nanocomposites) was obtained through the heat treatment of SiO2/CNT. SiO2/CNT nanocomposite was prepared by precursor method. The effect of the coating of silicon carbide on the microstructure and thermal properties of SiC/CNT nanocomposites were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA) and laser flash apparatus(LFA). |
