A New Benzodifurandione based copolymer for an organic electronics |
초록 |
In this paper, a novel benzofuranone based copolymer for an organic electronics was designed and synthesized through a Stille-coupling method. This kind of copolymer showed a good solubility in normal organic solvent, such as chloroform, chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene. The copolymer demonstrated a film-forming ability, along with good thermal stability. The thin film transistor with this copolymer as an active layer showed a good mobility and a suitable on/off ratio and threshold voltage for organic photovoltaic cells and organic thin film transistor. |
